HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.717 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for considering the application of the petitioner filed in Form No.6A on 08.11.2017. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court the written instructions of the Tahsildar, Bejjanki Mandal stating that the said application was considered and rejected in view of the family dispute pending in O.S.No.107 of 2012. In view of the stand taken by the fourth respondent, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
