This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/Accused seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.493 of 2023 on the f-rle of Jagtial Town Potice Station, Jagtial District, registered for the offence under Section 307 of lPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner attempted to kill the son o[ the complainant and when the complainant tried to rescue his son, this petitioner also attacked him and his wife. 4.
Since the allegations leveled against the petitioner are serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and in the event of his filing an application seeking bait, the same shall
be disposed off wir.hin two working days, after giving notice to learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Miscellaneous applications, if arry pending in this criminal perition, shall stand closed.
