This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.277 of 2017 of Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 13.05.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and C.C.No.355 of 2018 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
