THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.31 OF 2020 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5565 of 2019, dt.18.03.2019, rendered along with W.P.No.4563 of 2019 and batch, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected and the Contempt Case may be closed.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the rejection orders, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
