Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. In spite of granting time on 19.01.2018, learned Government Pleader did not get any instructions in the present matter. In the circumstances, this Court is constrained to dispose of the Writ Petition on the basis of averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ petition. The petitioners claim to be the absolute owners and possessors of the residential Plots bearing Nos.134 and 199 in the layout named "Green City-1", admeasuring 408 sq. yards and 207 sq. yards, out of Ac.3-92 cents, covered by D.No.609/1 and 609/2 of Adavi Takkellapadu village, Hamlet of Pedapalakaluru Revenue village, Guntur Mandal and District, having purchased the same under registered sale deeds dated 19.07.1997 and 09.09.1997 respectively. While so, on 10.11.

2017 the staff of the respondents orally directed the petitioners to vacate from their respective plots on the ground that the same were identified for construction of houses for urban houseless poor and slum residents. In the circumstances, the present Writ Petition is filed. In the circumstances, if the petitioners are in possession of the said plots, the respondents shall not interfere with the same, without following due process of law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
