This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner to direct the sentences awarded in C.C.No.64 of 2015 and C.C.No.65 of 2015, C.C.No.71 of 2015 and C.C.No.75 of 2015 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.9B7 of 20t7 on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.743 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and in C.C.No.727 of 2016 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to run concurrently.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

The petitioner was convicted for the offence under Section 382 of IPC in C.C.Nos.64 of 2015, 65 of 2015, 71 of 2015,75 of 2015 and sentenced him to undergo imprisonment for a period of
Crl.P.No.20 of 2020 three years; for the offence under Section 411 of IPC in C.C.No.987 of 2017 and sentenced him to undergo imprisonment for a period of two years; for the offence under Section 392 of IPC in C.C.No.743 of 2017 and him sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of three years; and for the offence under Section 392 of IPC in C.C.No.727 of 2016 and sentenced to undergo three years imprisonment.
4. It is mentioned in the petition that no appeals were preferred against the above convictions. Since six years have lapsed from the date of conviction and the maximum punishment is up to three years, I do not find any reason to keep the present petition pending. Further, there is no information regarding the sentence being undergone by this petitioner, for the said reason, the present petition is liable to be dismissed.
