This Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of Gadde Rambabu who is husband of the petitioner.

Sri S. Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that Gadde Rambabu has been arrested in connection with Crime No.49 of 2016 registered at Chilkur Police State and presently, he is in judicial custody.

In view thereof, Sri Kadaru Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
