This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and award dated 02.03.2006 passed in M.V.O.P.No.166 of 2001 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-VI Additional District Judge (FTC), Tirupathi.

No representation on behalf of the appellant on 06.04.2018. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the case.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
