THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28332 OF 2015 ORDER :

It is the case of the petitioners that the 4th respondent executed Gift Deed dated 20.01.2012 vide document No.588 of 2012 registered in the office of Sub-Registrar, Nallapadu of Guntur. However, the same is unilaterally cancelled vide cancellation/revocation of deed document bearing No.7261/2015, dated 24.08.2015 by the 4th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Thota Ganga Laxmi v. Government of Andhra Pradesh[1] and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

This Court, by following principles laid down in the aforementioned Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Thota Ganga Laxmi v.

Government of Andhra Pradesh (supra), allowed W.P.No.27993 of 2015 today. The issue in the present case is covered by the same.

In view of the same, this writ petition is allowed in terms of order dated 18.08.2016 in W.P.No.27993 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.

Let a copy of the order in W.P.No.27993 of 2015 be annexed with this order.
