This revision petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 05.09.2014 in I.A.No.253 of 2014 in O.S.No.1051 of 2014 on the file of the Court of IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.
