THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 220 of 2019 O R D E R :

Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of property bearing H.No. 6-7-67/A over an extent of 5072 square feet at Bhuktapur, Adilabad District. While so, the case of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent, who is the husband of one of his sisters, approached the Municipal Council, Adilabad and requested to construct the house over the subject property with the help of fabricated documents. The petitioner therefore, states, got issued the notice and representation dated 22.12.2018 to the municipality, despite the same, the municipal authorities had visited the property of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality.

In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 22.12.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and take necessary steps in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
