Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of a writ of Mandamus under article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of petitioners statutory revision R.C.23/3119/2012 which was filed on 18-06-2012 under section 9 of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 filed against the orders of the 3rd respondent in DD's No.1728/2012, dated 11-05-2012 as illegal and as illegal, arbitrary, and consequently, suspend the orders of the 3rd respondent in DD's No.J1728/2012, dated 11-05-2012. W.P.M.P.No.2980 OF 2015 Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C.

Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to suspend the orders of the 3rd respondent in DD's J1728/2012, dated 11-05-2012, pending disposal of Writ Petition No. 2240 of 2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI C.SUBODH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.), for Respondent Nos.

ORDER:

There shall be interim direction to the official respondents not to issue any

pattadar passbook and title deed pending final orders to be passed in both W.P.No. 2240 of 2015 and W.P.No. 3444 of 2014, for a period of eight weeks from today. List the matter after four weeks in Motion List. Meanwhile, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue shall file counter affidavit.
