HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.90 OF 2019 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Charla Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, failed to include the land admeasuring Ac.1.09 guntas situated in Survey No.11/5 of Chinamidisileru Village, Charla Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, in the digital pass book issued to her though the said land was included in the earlier pass books and pahanies. The petitioner appears to have made representation dated 10.7.2018 ventilating her grievance, but the Tahsildar is yet to take action thereon. As the petitioner is in a position to demonstrate that the said land was included in the pattadar pass books issued to her earlier, it would be appropriate that the Tahsildar, Charla Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, looks into the issue and rectifies any mistake committed by him while preparing the digital pass book. It is for him to take appropriative action on the representation dated 10.7.2018 of the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Charla Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.7.2018 and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
