This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.3 to A.15 in Crime No.6 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Adilabad.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigating officer submitted the charge sheet before the concerned Court on 30.06.2011. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
