HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.239 OF 2018 ORAL ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) 1.

Vide order dated 23.4.2018, this case was adjourned to this day i.e., 5.6.2018 while directing that in the event the order dated 23.4.2014 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.3008 of 2014 is not implemented by the said date, all the respondents in this writ petition shall remain present in person along with the record to explain their stand. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for School Education submits that the respondents have decided to implement the order dated 23.4.2014 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A.No.3008 of 2014, vide proceedings dated 5.6.2018. The learned Government Pleader further submits that the copy of the same has already been given to the learned Counsel for the petitioners, who is not disputing the same.

In view of the fact that the aforesaid order dated 23.4.2014 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A.No.3008 of 2014 has been complied with by the respondents, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
