HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.17566 OF 2013 ORDER:

The refusal to receive and register complaint dated 05.02.2013 and 06.02.2013 is questioned in the present writ petition. The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, submits that the complaint does not disclose either a cognizable or non-cognizable offence and it a pure and simple dispute, hence not registered.

Having regard to the stand of respondent-police, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
