Vide order dated 15.11.2016, the petitioner was directed to file proof of establishing that he has been sending some amount to the de facto complainant and her children, for their maintenance. The said order has not been complied with. Moreover, appeared none on behalf of the petitioner. Keeping in view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
