THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.28688 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in directing the second respondent University to stop the PhD/M.Phil. Programme and cancel the admissions of the students, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
