This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.30.12.2013, in W.P.No.38660 of 2013.

At the hearing, Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, has placed before the Court a copy of the panchnama furnished to him by the learned Government Pleader for Assignment (TS) wherein it is shown that plots admeasuring 60 sq. yards each have been handed over to the petitioners on

02.7.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the panchnama, the contempt case may be closed.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.

As a sequel to disposal of the contempt case, Application No.582 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
