Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, based on the representation dated 1 1.11.2016, Crime No 350 of 2016 was registered. Upon completion of investigation, a charge sheet was filed, and the case was taken on file as C.C No 359 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil ,. Judge, Malkajgiri. After due trial, the accused were convicted by judgment dated 30.01.2018 and sentenced to undergo two years'
--= imprisonment. Hence, the contention raised by the petitioner does not survive for consideration 4.
I have perused the material available on record 5.
The contention of the petitioner is that the respondent police authorities failed to act upon his representations dated 17.08.2016 and '1 1.1 1.2016 lor registration of a crime, despite the orders of this Court dated 30.09.2016. However, as reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, subsequent developments during the pendency of this writ petition reveal that the petitioner's representation was duly considered, Crime No.350 of 2016 was registered, and the investigation culminated in a trial, which resulted in conviction of the accused 6.
This factual position clearly establishes that the grievance raised by the petitioner has been effectively redressed by the respondent police authorities. Accordingly, nothing further survives in this writ petition for consideration. I t
