HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6564 of 2012 ORDER :

This revision is filed, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, by the petitioner-defendant, challenging the order, dated 26.09.2012, passed by the I-Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.868 of 2012 in O.S.No.1455 of 2003, whereunder the petition filed under Rule 129 of Civil Rule of Practice for issue of summons to the Bank Manager to produce account statements of the petitioner was dismissed.

During pendency of the revision, the suit was decreed with costs on contest on 08.09.2015. In view of disposal of main suit in O.S.No.1455 of 2003, nothing remains in this revision for adjudication.

Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
