The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non-registration of crime, pursuant to the representation said to have been made by him on 23-02-2015. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that basing on the complaint of the petitioner herein, police registered FIR No.13/2015 on 02-05-2015. A copy of the said FIR is also placed on record.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
