HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5210 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Sri G. Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners do not have any objection for acquiring their lands. However, the concerned respondents may be directed to pass award under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act'). Sri M. Prasad Rao, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, submits that the award has already been passed under the provisions of the Act. He further submits that the respondents will communicate the award to the petitioners within two weeks from today. His submission is recorded and accepted. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the compensation for any reason, it would be open for them to take appropriate remedy for enhancement of the same.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
