The petitioners/A.1 to A.5 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in C.C.No.246 of 2018 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 in C.C.No.246 of 2018 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 are acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 to A.5, if any, shall stand cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 3rd January 2019.
