The petitioners/A.1 to A.3 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are filed to permit them to compromise and to compound the offence respectively in FIR.No.264 of 2018 of Women Police Station, North Zone Begumpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/accused in FIR.No.264 of 2018 of Women Police Station North Zone Begumpet, Hyderabad are hereby quashed and the petitioners/accused are acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 to A.3, if any, shall stand cancelled.
