THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6979 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in threatening to demolish the petitioners' structures bearing respective Door Nos.8/227, 8/228, 8/229 and 8/226 situated at Main Bazar, Kalyandurg of Anantapuram District, without following the due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent not to demolish the said structures.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court has disposed of W.P.No.5581 of 2015 on 06.03.2015 with a direction to the respondents therein not to demolish the structures of the petitioners therein without following due procedure prescribed under law, and that the present case is covered by the said judgment, which is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

In view of the same, following the said judgment, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to demolish the structures of the petitioners without following due procedure prescribed under law.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
