THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2866 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in PRC No.14 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada , Krishna District.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail remedies available to him under law including filing a petition for discharge. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
