HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10135 & 10136 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9345 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.78 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siddipet, which is outcome of crime No.217 of 2017 of Siddipet I Town Police Station, Siddipet, registered for the offence punishable under Section 354-A IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
