No. SE/OP/SRPT/SAO/JAO/IIT/D. No. 196/24, dated 30.12.2024, pending the appeal filed by the Petitioner before the Hon'ble APTEL being taken up for hearing and pass..."

Heard Sri Vikram Pooserla, learned Senior Designated counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents.

Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents opposed grant of prayer as sought for by the petitioner in the present I.A.No.02 of 2025 in present W.P.No.99 of 2025.

Taking into consideration the specific averments made in the affidavit filed by the petitioner in support of the I.A. No.2 of 2025 in

W.P. No. 99 of 2025 in particular para Nos. 5 & 6, the time granted earlier till 06.01.2025 vide order of this Court dated 02.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.99 of 2025 is extended till 12.01.2025 and the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner till 12.01.2025 in pursuance to impugned notice bearing Lr.No SE/OP/SRPT/SAO/JAO/IIT/D.No.196/24, dated 30.12.2024 issued to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent to enable the petitioner to take necessary steps for challenging the final order, dated 28.10.2024 passed by the TSERC in OP.No.36 of 2023 before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), New Delhi.

Accordingly, the I.A. No.2 of 2025 in W.P. No. 99 of 2025 is disposed of.
