Heard.

2. This writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in taking up further investigation in Crime No.401 of 2011. On the complaint of the petitioner, the aforesaid crime was registered but according to the petitioner, the same is not being investigated properly.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader show that the aforesaid crime viz., Crime No.401 of 2011 dated 08.12.2011 was duly investigated by examining the complainant and six other witnesses and on finding that A1 to A4 have committed the offence, the charge sheet was also

filed before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, which is taken cognizance of and is numbered as C.C.No.257 of 2012. Accused Nos.1 to 4 are thus facing the trial in the said case. The contention of the petitioner that further investigation is required to be done is denied.

4. In view of the aforesaid factual aspects and since the competent criminal court has already seized of the matter, no further directions are called for in this writ petition. However, petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps before the concerned criminal court in the aforesaid C.C. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
