This appeal is filed by the claimant in O.P. No.1163 of 2010, challenging the impugned award dated 21.05.2012 passed in O.P. No.1163 of 2010 by the XXII Additional Chief Judge-cum- Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, City Criminal Court at Hyderabad. 2) At the instance of both the parties, the matter is settled before the Lok-Adalat and an award has been passed. Therefore the appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement arrived at by the parties as mentioned in the award. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
