CVNR,J & DVSS,J C.R.P.No.5527 of 2007 30.04.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil revision petition is filed against order, dated 25.10.2007, in I.A.No.612 of 2005 in O.S.No.1175 of 2005 on the file of learned V Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the sole petitioner died on 17.07.2017 and that so far his legal representatives are not brought on record. 3.

In the light of the above fact, the Civil Revision Petition abated and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as such. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., interim order, dated 07.03.2008, in C.R.P.M.P.No.7307 of 2007 is vacated and C.R.P.M.P.No.7307 of 2007 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
