CVNR, J & GSP, J CC 17/2018 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.05.09.2017 in W.P.M.P. No.36582 of 2017 in W.P. No.29394 of 2017.

At the hearing, respondent No.2 is personally present. Learned Government Pleader for Services (AP) submitted that respondent No.1 is not concerned with the promotion of the petitioner and while stating that the aforesaid interim order has been complied with, she has submitted that respondent No.1 has filed an application for dispensing with his presence, in view of the ongoing Assembly Sessions. However, the said application is not put up on file.

In view of the fact that respondent No.1 is not concerned with the promotion of the petitioner, we do not intend to consider his absence in these proceedings seriously. As respondent No.2 has complied with the order of this Court, the contempt case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
