Vide order dated 04.02.2020, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today on the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant that he would take steps for service of notice on respondent No.1 by way of substituted service.

Today there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. The learned counsel has not filed any petition for taking steps to serve notice on respondent No.1 by way of substituted service. In view of the above, the present Criminal Appeal is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed.
