Mrs. M.Sulochana, W/O. Late Mrs. M. Narsimhulu v. The Commissioner,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.7181 of 2013 ORDER:
In this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the construction of compound wall around Mysamma Temple at the instance of respondent Nos.4 to 11 by encroaching into the property belonging to the petitioner and her family. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the writ petition is filed, the matter is resolved outside the court and that no construction of the compound wall is made by encroaching into the property of the petitioner and her family members and, therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of by recording that the issue involved requires no adjudication. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as no cause survives for adjudication.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
