Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition preserving liberty to institute appropriate writ petition based upon any fresh cause of action or the one which has already accrued to him. Preserving the said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
