Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue O.S.No.1433 of 2017 filed by him before the VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and to seek appropriate relief against respondent Nos.4 to 6 herein, in the said suit.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
