Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioners claim that based on the final decree proceedings in O.S.No.201 of 1992 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, a representation was made on 08.07.2019, to mutate their names in the revenue records on land, to an extent of Ac.5-24 guntas in Sy.Nos.189/AA, 221/2 and 270 of Julurupadu Village and Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District. Alleging that the said representation is not acted upon, this writ petition is filed. 3.
A copy of the representation made by the petitioners on 08.07.2019 is filed as Ex.P.1.

It is seen from the record that petitioners have not made application in Form VI-A requesting to mutate their names in the revenue records, through online web portal, but made application in the form of representation. As per the procedure evolved, entertainment of request for mutation cannot be in the form of representation, but has to be in Form VI-A through online web portal. As no such application was made by the petitioners, direction as sought for cannot be granted.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioners to make application in prescribed form, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Notwithstanding the dismissal of writ petition, if petitioners make application in the prescribed form, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass
