When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 4.1.2019 in W.P.No.267 of 2019. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 4.1.2019 in W.P.No.267 of 2019 and the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners on 19.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
