THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.960 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents, situated in R.S.No.166 of Sreerangapatnam Village, Korukonda Mandal, East Godavari District. He claims to have purchased the said land under an Agreement of Sale, dated 24.05.2004 and when vendor failed to execute a registered Sale Deed, he filed O.S.No.346 of 2007 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, for Specific Performance of Agreement of Sale and the said suit was decreed on 17.10.2012. Pursuant to Execution Petition filed in E.P.No.51 of 2014, a Sale Deed was executed on 26.12.2015 in favour of the petitioner by the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry and he was put in possession of the property. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted an application in the month of December, 2016 to the fourth respondent in the prescribed proforma including the relevant documents and sought issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. When no action was taken, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Though time was granted to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue on 23.01.2018, no instructions were received by him. 3.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the application of the petitioner submitted in the month of December, 2016, and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
