HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3598 of 2011 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the orders, dated 16.06.2011, passed by the II Additional District Judge, Warangal, in C.M.A.No.33 of 2008, the present civil revision petition is filed by the respondent therein/plaintiff.

Heard both sides.

On 02.09.2011 while ordering notice before admission, this Court granted an order of status-quo to be maintained as on that day with regard to the suit schedule property. Since the suit is of the year 2008 and in the interest of both parties, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit on merits, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the suit, the order of status-quo granted by this Court shall remain in force. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the revision shall stand dismissed.
