Respondent/Respondent No.2 WHEREAS the Appellant above named through its Advocate Sri R.Vinod Reddy, presented this Appeal under Section 30 of WC Act, praying that in the circumstances stated in the appeal and the grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the order dated 08-1 1-2018 in EC. No. 18 of 2018 (F) passed by the Comryissioner for Employees Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-Il, T. Anjaiah Karmika Samkshema Bhavanam, Hyderabad, in the interest ofjustice and allow the appeal. AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the appeal and memorandum of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri R. Vinod Rcddy, Advocate for the Appellant, directed issue ofnotice to the Respondents herein, to show cause as to why this CMA should not be admitted.
