HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 18755 of 2003 O R D E R:- When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to release the pension to the petitioner and that this Court vide order dated 7.11.2003 was pleased to issue interim direction, and in view of the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
