Petitioner's grievance is that it had filed I.A.No.527 of 2017 in O.S.No.720 of 2017 before the XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, and that though the said I.A. has been filed in July, 2017, the Court below has not taken up the same.

In view of the said grievance, the XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, is directed to decide the said I.A., within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the respondents. 3.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed with the above direction. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
