This Revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction of the Court below in deciding I.A.No.22221 of 2018 in O.S.No.860 of 2018 on the file of the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

Having regard to the said grievance, the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is directed to decide the said I.A., after hearing the respondents, within a period of four (04) weeks from today.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
