THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.153 of 2020 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in declaring the result of the petitioner as 'absent' even though he was present for the examination of III-Semester of BASLP course and thereby not allowing the petitioner for internship, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri Prudhvi Raj Mudunuri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ch. Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Osmania University appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Sri R. Mangulal, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 & 2-Osmania University has handed over the corrected memo of marks to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court showing the petitioner having passed the examination of IIIsemester of BASLP course. Since, the copy of corrected memo of marks is now furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands

redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
