By order dated 05-02-2010, this Court granted the following interim order:

"Pending further orders, it is directed that the respondents shall allot and execute the works, in accordance with Sections 13 and 16 of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005."

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that in view of the interim order, no further orders are required. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
