This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1403 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the transfer petition has become infructuous. As per the note furnished by the Registry, the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, disposed of O.P.No.1403 of 2015 on 21.02.2018.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
