I.A.No.3 OF 2025 The delay of 38 days in filing the Review Petition is condoned.

The Application is accordingly allowed.

I.A.No.4 OF 2025 This application is for Review of an order passed by this Court on 02.05.2025, whereby, the CRP.No.16 of 2025 filed by the petitioners was dismissed with costs.

The Court found that the order dated 10.07.2024 which formed the basis of the CRP was already the subject of a Review filed by the petitioners, which was dismissed by the Trial Court on 24.12.2024.

The order dated 02.05.2025 also records that the petitioners did not file any evidence of having taken any steps challenging the order dated 24.12.2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the review applicants submits that the concerned counsel was busy with a family commitment at the relevant point of time. However, the counsel does not have any submissions with regard to

the legal position under Order XLVII Rule 1 of The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'CPC').

Order XLVII Rule 1 of CPC makes it clear that there must be three conditions present for the Court to review its order, viz., discovery of new and important matter or evidence, mistake or error apparent on the face of the record or any other sufficient reason. None of the conditions have either been pleaded or presented before this Court.

This Court, accordingly, does not find any reason to allow I.A.No.4 of 2025 for Review of the order dated 02.05.2025.

I.A.No.4 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed.

The costs part of the order dated 02.05.2025 is deleted.
