THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.672 of 2014 ORDER:

Ms. T.V. Sudha, learned counsel representing Mr. V. Narsimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the order, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with. She however states that any other grievance in relation to the said compliance may be left open to be addressed by way of independent proceedings in accordance with law. The contempt case is accordingly closed with the liberty afore-stated. No order as to costs.
